from Burano, Vignole, Treporti, Punta Sabbioni – line 12, 13 – stop ‘Murano Faro’.
Get off at the ‘MURANO FARO’ stop and walk a couple of minutes on the right, past the lighthouse, along the bank Sn Giovanni dei Battuti to house number 4B.
Our furnace is called ‘Original Murano Glass OMG’.
Want to travel by water taxi?
We can also organise a water TAXI service to take you directly to our glassworks from your location in Venice.
The cost is approximately 100euro for a maximum of 10 people (to be paid directly to the taxi driver on board, we do not charge for the service). We have a reserved landing in front of the entrance to the glassworks. If you decide to book a TAXI our customer support will contact you for organisational details.
Frequently asked questions
Can I take home the object I create during the workshop?
Yes, at the end of the workshop you can take the object you have made with you, after it has cooled down. In some cases, it may be necessary to send it later to ensure that the glass stabilises properly.
Do you need experience or manual skills to participate?
Absolutely not. Our workshops are designed for everyone, even those who have never worked with glass before. You will always be accompanied by a master glassmaker who will guide you step by step.
Are the workshops also suitable for children?
Yes, children from 10 years of age can participate, provided they are accompanied by an adult. For younger children, it is possible to attend the demonstration without doing the practical part.
