What is this workshop about?
Step into our traditional Murano furnace and get hands-on with the magic of hot glass. In this private workshop, you’ll learn the ancient modeling techniques directly from our master glassmakers and shape molten glass into your very own creation.
You can choose to make a delicate glass flower or a symbolic heart, selecting your favorite colors and giving it the shape that best reflects your style. Each piece is entirely unique, just like your experience.
The class it’s a private workshop, but you can share it with friends or family.
At the end, you’ll take home your own authentic Murano glass artwork, a one-of-a-kind memory of your time in Venice.

What you’ll actually do — Step by Step
Welcome & safety briefing
At arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed into the workshop and introduced to the artisan team. After a short safety briefing, you’ll receive a protective apron and safety glasses. Then, you’ll get ready to step closer to the magic of the furnace.
Live glassmaking demonstration
Before you start, you’ll watch a live demonstration by a Murano glass master. You'll see how molten glass is gathered, shaped, and transformed — an inspiring introduction that will guide your own creation.
Create your Glass Heart or Flower
Seated at the workbench, you’ll be guided step by step by our artisans. Using traditional tools and gentle heat, you’ll shape your own heart or flower from hot glass — stretching, twisting, and refining it with your own hands. No experience needed!

Get off at the ‘MURANO FARO’ stop and walk a couple of minutes on the right, past the lighthouse, along the bank Sn Giovanni dei Battuti to house number 4B.
Our furnace is called ‘Original Murano Glass OMG’.

We can also organise a water TAXI service to take you directly to our glassworks from your location in Venice.
The cost is approximately 100euro for a maximum of 10 people (to be paid directly to the taxi driver on board, we do not charge for the service). We have a reserved landing in front of the entrance to the glassworks. If you decide to book a TAXI our customer support will contact you for organisational details.
